The SEC investigation is informal. CEP was not SHUT DOWN by the SEC.

So the SEC stopped Trevor paying any money out, The SEC stopped Trevor telling members what was going on.
If thats informal I would hate to see what the SEC do when it becomes formal.

There is a chance Trevor is making the whole SEC thing up because he has run out of cash.
Then again perhaps not-I doubt he's that clever.

This may come as a shock but when Trevor told everyone his lawyers had passed everything he didn't really have any lawyers. Bet he needs one now.

I'm afraid Claytons year at a non-excistent law school isn't going to be much help either.
