With all the discussions of CEP and whether it is a scam or not I thought I would check out another one at random to see how these HYIP/Ponzi schemes work and if there is some magic formulae the admin of these programs use to sucker money out of people.

What leonardo da Vincis masterpeice has got to do and investment scheme is beyond me but maybe that will fool some into thinking this is a good and worthwhile venture.
