Did I read the EZEXPO site right ?
It looks to me like they are asking those who already cycled but did not receive the "Free Prize" (like me in Feb.) to send in a money order to be moved near the top of a new list.
Did I read this right ?
Is anyone going to send money again ?
Is it true that EZ is now operating from Belize ?

Yeah, what I think they are asking you to do is do a chargeback on the credit card that you made the purchase with, IF YOU USED A CREDIT CARD. Then if you want to keep your position in line, you now have to send them a money order. Please DON'T do that. You have to be nuts to do something like that. You should be happy if you get your money.

That seems to be what they are asking. In order for you to still be eligible to receive what you cycled on, they want you to pay for it again. If I were you, I wouldn't send them anything. Why should you have to PAY AGAIN for something you ALREADY CYCLED on??

bs666 personaly I would contact the Mississippi Atorney Genrals Office. he is guilty of unlawful/unfair business practices. He failed to uphold his end of a contract by not paying you what is owed by him reguardless of who or where his money is.

You can visit the Attorney General of Mississippi's website at: http://www.ago.state.ms.us/
Duties of the Attorney General
The Attorney General is the chief legal officer and advisor for the State of Mississippi on both civil and criminal matters. His responsibility is to represent public officials and governmental agencies and to issue legal opinions that interpret state law.
The Attorney General has the sole power under Mississippi law to bring or defend a lawsuit on behalf of the state. He acts as counsel to state agencies to defend them or bring suit on their behalf. Most importantly, the Office is charged with the representation of the people of the State of Mississippi.
A staff of attorneys, investigators, and office personnel enable the Attorney General to serve the needs of the state. Since 1988, the traditional role of the Attorney General has been expanded to include investigation of white collar crime and large scale drug operations, as well as increased responsibility in gaming and environmental matters. Under the Mississippi Consumer Protection Act of 1994, the Attorney General's Office of Consumer Protection may investigate and prosecute businesses engaged in unfair and deceptive trade practices and unfair methods of competition.

I may contact the A.G. of Miss. because I already reported EzExpo to the BBB of Miss, and they forwarded my complaint to the Sec. of State of Miss. for their consideration. I cycled on 500 cash matrix in March, paid with money order. I would rather have a refund at this point but it appears that wont be happening anytime soon. I'm sick of this whole thing, but i'm not going to give up.

Nope, I haven't heard anything back. I'm sure if they get more complaints they will investigate and take some action.

I had a fellow customer send me an email for the MS Att. General's office:
msag05@ago.state.ms.us
You could give it a try and see if it works.

Hello to All.
I have sent my Money Order to retain 19 of my top postitions in the tune of $1125.00 And its looks like a big forfiet for my other remaining 80 + positions.
I sent these funds last week, of course they were recieved (by who?)
I'm still hanging in there, hoping for results. (Dont comment on this gamble)
My real questions are:
Who's suppose to be running this site?
Who has the actual insite to whats going on?
When will the list actually be made current with MO purchases only?
And are their others who have remained supporting members with retained positions?
Please do not return comment as to opinions on my actions. For all the ney sayers, if I want to pay good money to jump off a roof and land on my head, thats my right !!
ALL POSITIVE RESPONSES WELCOME, (thats the purpose for this forum)
Thanks to all interesest, Brewsster
I don't think he will ever cycle now that EZexpo has vowed to never use CC processors. A bad move... I'm not sure if anyone has ever cycled on NVexpo.com... even wih their short lists

Yes, I read about this. I think that (if it is legit) it is the most foolish investment I have ever heard about. Part of me believes that he is working with EzExpo to increase the amount of new signups. I want to think that is the case, because I just can't believe that someone would do something so foolish with their money. He would be better off betting on the outcome of the lawsuit. His odds of a return would be better.
