Jorge: Ok guys, here is Moboking-Jorge here for you guys. Out here in the wild, recording this CEP newscast #8. I got Chris on the line, he’s got a few words that he wants to say to all of us. It is very important for us to listen him and see whatever he can say, we’re going to be here listening to him. Chris, are you ready?

Chris: Hi everybody, how are you guys doing? This is Chris of course. I do have a few minutes today to go over a few things for all of you guys regarding Coastin 88 and some recent developments with it. I want to make it clear tonight that information I will be passing along to you guys, its not the official position of the CEP administration but rather what it is, is just my knowledge of what has been going on recently there, ok? That’s important.

Chris: Um with that in mind, let me start with what has been going on with the site itself. As some of you may know, the Securities and Exchange Commission has been working with the CEP administration recently to help the CEP programs have all the proper licensing and regulatory protocols in place for us. As part of this process, the SEC has appointed an agent of their choosing, called a receiver to temporarily manage the sites. This person, the SEC receiver, has taken ownership of the server that Coastin 88 is hosted on. Apparently, what they decided to do is disconnect those servers for the time being, which, is why you guys have noticed that Coastin 88 is currently offline. I do not know how long it will be off line for, that’s not up to us, that’s up to the receiver to decide what they will do with the sites for now. What I will try to do for you folks is, to get some contact information for this receiver so that you can contact him directly if you should have any questions about the process. He will be the best one to ask your questions, not us, as they are currently the managers of Coastin 88, instead of us.

Jorge: So we are going to be basically talking to the receiver?

Chris: Yes sir, that’s right. Moving along here, I’d like to address some things I’ve been hearing about some comments that were made in our forums recently to our moderators, Pamela and Skye. Well guys I have heard that some people have threatened them and treated them poorly and that is really disappointing. I want everyone to know that Pamela and Skye are just as much in the dark as all of you have been about what is happening with Coastin 88 recently. We please ask you guys to treat these ladies with respect. They have always been a great asset to us and very helpful to you and I think that they deserve better than the way that some folks have treated them this week. For those of you who did treat them poorly, I know that you are frustrated with the situation and want to know more but that is not Pam or Skye’s fault. I ask you, please, do not take it out on them. The only reason you were not told sooner about what is happening with Coastin 88 now, is because we were advised by our legal counsel not to divulge the information… until now. We would have told you sooner if we could have, that is a very important point that I hope you all understand. We’ve always had a policy of being honest and upfront with all of you and that has not changed. It is not our choice to have been less forthcoming with recent developments as we would normally be. I hope you can all understand that we will always pass on to you what ever we are able to without going against the advice of our counsel. By doing things this way we make the process smoother for everyone and we know that it will ultimately be the best of interest of everyone involved in Coastin 88.

Ok lastly, from now on. I intend to take part in this weekly web-cast every week and give you guys the most updated information that I am able too. So provided my schedule allows me to do it, you will be hearing from me every week concerning whatever updates Coastin 88 has that I can give you. I hope you all realize that I may not be able to give you all the answers you need in the timely fashion that I would like to and that I normally do. But, I will be here to do what I can to help you guys understand what is happening with Coastin 88. And even if I can’t pass along anything, I will still be around because I want you guys to know and remember that the most important point that I can pass along to you and that point is simply this “We are still here.”

Oh, just one more thing.....

You mention at the very beginning that this is all just you and not the OFFICIAL POLICY of the C88 then every other sentence you insert the dependent clause "our lawyers told us to" or "we are advised by our lawyers"

For those of you who don't get the ROLCLUB reference, when PIPS folded and Bryan Marsden went to a Malaysian Prison, one of his investors set up a place for them called ROLCLUB. ROlclub has over the years morphed into a scam central place that makes boatloads of legitimate money for it's owners by promising all it's members boatloads of money in scams. It's brilliant really, the owner doesn't run a scam but every scam admin in the world is advertising there because after all this is a group of people who are known to give up their money, they believed Bryan even when he was setting in a prison cell. Anyhow, Ray, the guy who owns it, gets tons of high priced advertising, the mods get in on the very first level of every scam etc.,...
and if you don't beleive that, let me give you one fact to research. TOmmy Styles, a moderator there, actuall made a large sum from GreenZap

I'm glad you explained what an ROLCLUB is. I wa scratching my head about that one. One question, though - one of the places I've gone to find out some information is the MMG forum. They seem to mainly exist as a place for other ponzis to post, recruit (?), and get the word out. Would they be considered an ROLCLUB?

ROLCLUB is a forum full of ex-pips players. Has been around for at least one full year now if memory serves.

MMG is a forum full of ex-every program on the net players. Many ex-pipsters at MMG as well.

I don't consider both forums to be the same. They just seem to share a lot of the same interests.

GEEZ MAN....I started reading this and got laughing so hard I almost choked on my lunch.....which some folks around here right now would probably appreciate as I caused a bit of a stir yowling about C E P being a scam.

I guess I will try to avoid eating and reading here from now on. :nono:

Not really. Rolclub is a place in and of itself, it's well known as the most concentrated cluster of professonal suckers in the world. go check it out, www.rolclub.com but use a program to surf hidden, it has more bots on it that you can imagine.
It started out as a plce for PIPs suckers to go when their forum closed (seized by the Government, do you see a trend here)
For months it was a place to go to send Bryan your prayers of support, etc... they had a legal defense fund at one time, can you imagine? Anyone, one day someone asked "where else can we make a few bucks while we wait for PIPS to come back" and they all, as a group started investing in one prgram after another...the trick was, one or two guys picked "the next big thing" and got everyone else to join under them, I have heard Ray bought a BMW with refferal money. (Ray lives in Poland and is a medical student, I think he's been in Med School about 5 years now..he goes by Marek on the forums)

Anyhow, the scam is this, The mods who pick the scams can open an account at the new program with like, $5 or whatever the minimum is, but then they get a few thousand refferals for the lemming in their downline and they make out like bandits, everyone elase looses in the end, a few make a few dollars here and there, but really, you have to go read it to believe.
There was a credible rumor that I in fact believe that the admins at Yellowstones paid someone $100,000 up front to get his program picked, ROL was where quit a few of the big scams of the last few years began to get really big.....

As I mentioned there's Ray, or Marek, the owner...he doesn't really participate in many of the scams himself, me makes a nice and legal mint just from the advertising

There is a Mod named YogiBrood who is asian and is very hard to read because between not being an native english speaker and also appearing to be a serious drunk, he absolutely destroys the english language

Another Mod is Tommy Styles, or Neno This guy is a walking criminal offense waiting to happen, he's pimped more than the entire attendence at the Playa's Ball and I have no doubt he's sell his daughter for $10 and future refferals...He's made money every single time though, because he will always be the one at the top of the pyramid. Currently he is proving that stupid is not just a skill, it's a talent and investing everything he can get his hands on in Iraqi Dinars (don't even think about it, it's cheep wallpaper)
He also is apperently illiterate, I've seen drunken 1st graders who can spell better than him
