OK Folks  .........Input and Clarification time.
One of the C E P folks here is sharing that after reading over the documents posted to date, or through some other avenue, he believes Trevor has plenty of money socked away to cover people loses to date. This apparently helps to verify that Trevor has always spoken truth in terms of "making money and paying on time" which actually would have continued if the S E C had not stepped in. They messed things up. This all also appears to just a blip in the financial road and the C E P is coming right back up as soon as the S E C gets done with it's little unwarrented "disruption of services" or that if Trevor is clamped down on (unjustly so) that Trevor's ideas about making big money returns (finding the key to the magic big money bullet - which is how he made the 12 million as the invested money could not come close to that figure) will be handed to someone else to who will pick up the ball and run with it, this time with the approval of the S E C. The money door will open up once again.
First: anyone else see plenty of money socked away to cover things?
2nd: did Trevor actually make the 12 million figure (stated in the documents to date) through a "key hidden concept" that allows for huge returns on investments? Clarify.
3rd: anyone up for Trevor II? Well....I guess those first folks in would be.
Thanks

They took in 12 million, they likely owed fifty give or take, and of course that means Trevor has something on the order of $200,000,000 tucked under his mattress. Of course, this is all happening because the money was made in "Secret Bank Debentures" that have non disclosure agreements attached and Trrevor cannot dilvuge their existence under penalty of death. As soon as the proper banking officials, the tranfer agents and the Queen of England are notified, they will be immiediately dismissed of all charges, but it has to be done in secret. They will still go on with the trial and be found guilty etc... but that's only for show to preserve the secret nature of the investments involved.

Thanks....
I kind of thought this would be the way it would go and I tend to agree right down the line.
My own desire is still to help folks here deal with all of this and to help them recover both emontially and financially, if possible.
That desire seems to be out of touch with and even counter to the "Trevor is the chosen one and he will make it right" concept still running here.
Oh well.......time will actually shake this out, one way or the other.

Actually there will be several CEP camps and the diehard
true believer camp will always exist. There is nothing that
you can do about it as this happens with the ending of
everyone of these scams. The true believers will never be
swayed from their delusions. They are already talking about
bunkers and foxholes on the MoboKing forum.
CEP will be worse than most scams as many involved have
very fundamental, primitive beliefs and do not think rationally.
Trevor Reed will become a persecuted "messiah" who will
be coming back to lead the faithfull to the promised land of
huge streams of cash for doing nothing.
Even though these cult members appear to be in charge of their
faculties they are really no better than so called tribal societies.
To understand the nature of their denial this article about Cargo
cults is an interesting read......
I know it isn't an exact analogy but it does illustrate how man
can delude himself.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cargo_cult
A cargo cult is any of a group of unorthodox religious movements appearing in tribal societies in the wake of Western impact, especially in New Guinea and Melanesia. Cargo cults sometimes maintain that manufactured western goods ("cargo") have been created by divine spirits and are intended for the local indigenous people, but that Westerners have unfairly gained control of these objects. Cargo cults thus focus on overcoming what they perceive as undue 'white' influences by conducting rituals similar to the white behavior they have observed, presuming that the ancestors will at last recognize their own and send them cargo. Thus a characteristic feature of cargo cults is the belief that spiritual agents will at some future time give much valuable cargo and desirable manufactured products to the cult members. In other instances such as on the island of Tanna in Vanuatu, cult members worship Americans who brought the cargo. [1]
Based on the above definition, cargo cult is also used in business and science to refer to a particular type of fallacy whereby ill-considered effort and ceremony takes place but goes unrewarded due to a flawed model of causation. For example, Maoism has been referred to as "cargo cult Leninism" and New Zealand's optimistic adoption of liberal economic policies in the 1980s as "cargo cult capitalism".

The Demon-Haunted World: Science as a Candle in the Dark is a book by Carl Sagan intended to explain the scientific method to laypersons, and to encourage people to learn critical or skeptical thinking. It explains methods to help distinguish between ideas that are considered valid science, and ideas that can be considered pseudoscience. Sagan states that when new ideas are offered for consideration, they should be tested by means of skeptical thinking, and should stand up to rigorous questioning.
Sagan said if a new idea continues in existence after an examination of the propositions, it should then be acknowledged as a supposition. Skeptical thinking essentially is a means to construct, understand, reason, and recognize valid and invalid arguments. Wherever possible, there must be independent validation of the concepts whose truth should be proved. He believed that reason and logic would succeed once the truth is known. Conclusions emerging from a premise, and the acceptability of the premise should not be discounted or accepted because of bias.
Sagan presents a set of tools for skeptical thinking which he calls the "baloney detection kit". Skeptical thinking consists both of constructing a reasoned argument and recognizing a fallacious or fraudulent one. In order to identify a fallacious argument, Sagan suggests the employment of such tools as independent confirmation of facts, quantification and the use of Occam's razor. Sagan's "baloney detection kit" also provided tools for detecting "the most common fallacies of logic and rhetoric", such as argument from authority and statistics of small numbers.
Through these tools, the benefits of a critical mind and the self-correcting nature of science can take place. Sagan provides a skeptical analysis of several kinds of superstition, fraud, pseudoscience and religious beliefs, such as gods, witches, UFOs, ESP and faith healing.

12 million divided by 5000 members is only $2,400 each
Like I said these true believers have no common sense and very
basic math skills
So with the big chunks Trevor, Clayton and other family insiders
as well as the few that were in profit took there is very little money left
Why do you think Trevor opened CEP two times and let in thousands
of new members recently? Many of the old members weren't too happy
about that.
The obvious answer is because Trevor needed the new money.....
not his reason that he had new places to invest it.
CEP would have been on the verge of collapse if the SEC had not
stepped in when they did.
Trevor did "invest" in other scams like surfs (including his own)
and HYIPs and made some income but he must have also lost in
ones like Global Online Direct (SEC got them). With the bad
record keeping maybe no one will ever know all the facts but
it is obvious that Trevor didn't make very much aside from the
Ponzi aspect.
The SEC will be watching Trevor for the rest of his life and will
NEVER approve a scheme that looks anything like CEP
Dust of DesertSkyMarketing is trying to go this route but it will
not get off the ground
PS: If Trevor Reed just had one "brick and mortar" investment
maybe he could be cut a little slack but it seems to have been
a TOTAL FABRICATION
PPS: Don't forget that Trevor Reed said that CEPs program
was a low to no risk venture which blew my mind that anyone
would be foolish enough to buy that!!!
Pays 720% a year at NO RISK!!!!
Its the old tell a big enough lie.........
Don't forget that good ole Trevor also claimed that CEP Trust
would be bigger than PayPal and would be a Bank
in the future
