The understanding that seems to be coming forward now (from a few C E P folks here) is that Clayton (the behind the scenes person) conned Tevor (the front man). Thusly, Trevor is being seen as an "innocent". He is unjustly getting a bad rap and a bad rep over it all. Trevor is still being held in fairly good regard with the hope that he will be back up and running with either C E P or another C E P type program before too long.

In the meantime, folks are still picking up the pieces and sorting out what to do next depending on how deep they were in and what degree of money they now have tied up or lost.

Where are you getting that information? I don't see anything like that being posted at any of the forums I've read on CEP.

This is coming from a few of the C E P folks talking here (local spin) who are still very much in support of Trevor but who also are trying to understand how a really "good guy", at heart, could have gone so far off base and run afoul of the SEC. Clayton is getting the call as the one who lead Trevor down the rosy path of financial deception, thus setting up the walk into the SEC's net of oblivion.

This might just be a local thing (here) as a few folks are really trying to make sense of this all while keeping Trevor in the position of a really nice guy, although folks here apparently have been talking (recently) with some of the upper level C E P folks (including Trevor somewhere along the line) from what I am being lead to understand.

But hey, just passing along what has come my way in the last few days. Whether is valid, spin or just hunting for some understanding, who knows? For whatever reason, Trevor is still seen by many as a man above reproach here and simply a victum of the SEC, Clayton or his own naivety....or any mix thereof.
