Go to......
www.wfperkinsforcep.com
.....and make sure this gets into the hands of any C E P folks you know so they can follow up on any potential recovery program.
Good luck folks.

funny, I seem to remember a lot of people who had tens of thousands of dollars, or so they said. And the list of creditors only $5900 would have gotten you into the top 10.

Something strange in the neighborhood.......and it really sounds like some of the folks with the ""big money" in C E P are not showing up on the radar as yet, if they will at all. I know people here who had way more financially invested than the $5900 figure........or so it was said.

I have a feeling that they only listed those folks who actually had that amount on deposit in CEPT. In order to figure out how much everyone else lost, they would have to go through the tangled web of Clayton's cobbled up programming to see what is shown in everyone's CEP/C88/Coast records regarding what they put in and what - if anything - they took out. I would imagine that would take quite a bit longer to slog through and figure out. I know a number of people who have said they put in a lot more than that.

Wait, that appears to be a list of people's account balance in CEP Trust, so I guess they could have had thousands in the surfs and/or CEP itself. That list won't be long in coming.
I also think people are putting more into the statement from the SEC that the records were non-existent. What records were non-existent were the records of the due diligence Trevor did (hardly any), what investments he made (looks like he put most of it in his pockets and the rest in the surfs) and the kind of records a real live business would have had. As is evident from the very detailed list of the 20 largest creditors, he has very adequate records of who his investors were. You can bet that the reciever also has the 20 biggest winners list also, although he has not had any reason to post THAT ONE yet.

we posted at the same time Linda, with the same general idea. As I said, I'm pretty confident he has that list too, and he'll be using it for other things.

Maybe he was trying to head off a lynching by not telling us! :D

I loved the "tangled web of Clayton's cobbled up programming". I about choked on my morning tea.
As to the lynching.......just got back off the Moboking site. As anticipated Trevor is once again being held up as innocent even as the new receiver info comes out. The info is simply being ignored or spun.
The S E C is still coming under fire for messing up that wonderful C E P money making machine. Without their interference the whole thing would still be running like a champ.
With every new bit of into.....Trevor becomes more a saint and the S E C more a tool of the devil.
Just another day in money land.

Good old Tata seems to be every pro Trevors (Think theres about 3 or 4 left) favourite spinner.
Some interesting dissection of Tata's ramblings going on over at cattyshaq (google it).
In the coming months both Tata, Moboking and a few others will run out of spin as the obvious becomes apparent.
Mitrod I like the child touching the hot plate analogy, can I pinch it in the next Ponzi that collapses under the weight of its admins own stupidity.
