No I don't think you are wrong. Why would anyone want to end the auction when the bid price goes over $450? Why would he do that?Because he does not like to make larger profit on the item? Please!

"substantially longer" shipping time? Why, because he uses a different method other then UPS or the Post Office? Yea right!

Whoops- He is now gone. Did he end it or did it get removed?

Attention Ebay: This auction is not for a url or a link, it is for the PC itself.

This auction is for one Alienware AREA-51m Mobile PC . I am a drop shipper. If this item is bid above $425, I will end the auction early and sell to the high bidder. Average shipping time is substantially longer than regular shipping. That is why the price is so low. Again please e-mail me before you bid. The features of this Alienware AREA-51m Mobile PC are:

Presale rule.
Seller does not state the delivery time on a product he does not have in his possession at the time of the auctions, must state the product will be delivered in 30 days or less.

looks like he just go kicked off. I got 6 emails this weekend from bidders on his auctions thanking me for alerting them to the scam. I haven't heard back from one ebayer who one an auction for $455.

And to think that the Pro-matrix people come in here and tell us that we are a bunch of losers for reporting these people.

This is the reason that part of this matrix thing has to stop...it's allowing people to not only get on a list that they have no clue about, it's causing them to lose hundreds of dollars on false promises.

These are the people we are protecting...the ones that hear about a great opportunity and end up getting scammed by someone that won't tell the whole truth. Sort of like having a website that has prices for electronics all over their front page and don't mention anything about the ebooks until you go to purchase.

I think ebay owes you a bounty fee! .:D I wish I had more time to hunt them down. It is kind of fun and lately ebay seems to be a little faster is taking the ads off.
