I got this off another forum direct quote, I figured this be a good place to mention it. I haven't really looked into anything but are they referring to the site sharedprofit.com ??

Shared Profit, boasted as the best opportunity on the web today, was shut down last week by the Securites Exchange Commission. In addition to alleged PONZI Scheme, they also apparently were charged with numerous securities fraud counts.

Read the info at the SEC web site:

It been confirmed I talked to the person who posted it and heres what he had to say:

Yes! www.sharedprofit.com and all of their associated sites (Springpay.com being the biggest....). You'll notice that all of their sites are off line, and I can assure you, it is not just because of a server problem!

Do you know how the sites worked? Are they matrix sites?

If they are matrix sites, I'm wondering what they did to make the SEC go after them.

It was not a matrix site at all... It was nothing like a matrix site.. hehe thats why I didnt post it in a matrix related area...

Honestly I cant explain how it worked but it wasn't a matrix site I know that much... Someone told me to join up, but i never took the time to read it so I never invested. I believe it operated in a way that you invest a small amount and it will grow after years?
