View Full Version : I managed to "uncycle" at ezexpo

I just checked the 500 cash matrix and a whole list of names (probably all money order ppl) appeared at the top of the matrix, and these are all the people who originally cycled back in March. What a great business, where you can make up your own rules as you go along, and rather the business take a loss from chargebacks and pay processors holding funds, they'll just go ahead and uncycle everyone. Amazing!

Now I get to see my name on a list standing still because nobody is going to join this thing anymore. Just thought i'd voice my frustration over this new issue!

Then on the ezexpo.com main site they have an important message to read with bad grammar, atleast the site is being updated while the owner seems to have disappeared.

" IMPORTANT !!!!

Many will email and ask I didn't get that....and if you hear it from ANYWHERE else it's not from us and WRONG

Everyone who wants to know the facts of current events must make sure you are on the mailing list.(Whether you think you are already there or not)Please click on the above link for the mailing list and enter your name and email. This should be done by everyone. It will tell you if you are already on the mailing list or add you to it if you are not. We will be issuing another news letter later this month and we want everyone to receive it"

Well guys, let's hold our breathe for that next newsletter, shall we? :p

The 50 Plasma list has reverted back to the list as it was in February of this year! All the old names came back to the top, and the newer ones have been appended to the bottom!

Is this another way of adding fake names again?

Not that I ever held hope of "cycling" but I now need 14,000 names added till I "cycle"..... Jeez I was soooo close at 7,640 before. :p

Really, this is getting stupid.

Bobby

I paid with a money order and cycled in March, and this was when the 500 cash matrix just opened in late February. Not all the names that cycled ahead of me were added back to the top of the list, probably a good 20-30 ppl remain cycled on the cash matrix. None of them received a gift, so what gives with myself and others being put at the top and the others are not? Are they accounting for all the chargebacks and frozen funds and saying, well, we'll just uncycle these people and put them back on the list. If this is true, I really hope I can get a refund through the lawsuit, this is ridiculous!

What's even more worse about this is people who cycled will continue to ask when they will receive their gift, and SURPRISE!!!! Guess what, your back on the list! There's pretty much no hope of ever cycling again.

Wasn't there a "guarantee" to receive your product once you cycled? So didn't you cycle? Wow- I would call the AG and the BBB on this one

Yes, there is a guarantee. Plus that email you get from ezexpo saying "Congratulations, you cycled...." Then it tells you to go to a site and send in your information so they can send your gift. I did all that.

I thought the newsletter claimed that people who paid with a credit card need to send in a money order and they would be the ones added to the top of the list. CantinaRec claimed on another forum that money order people would be put back on the top of the lists, (those that already cycled). I find it fishy that she could understand that newsletter and comprehend that part.

I found that fishy too.

Thank you

Then here's the guarantee on the ezexpo website, under FAQ's

4. How can I be sure I will get my free item?

We make our money off the sale of subscriptions for our monthly e-books and newsletter. Your matrix entry is a free gift. (You cannot buy a spot in the matrix). While there are some people that buy our subscriptions just for the return on investment (ROI), we must remind you of the legalities behind our program. When you purchase our subscriptions, we guarantee you a position in the matrix and also guarantee that upon cycling said matrix, you will receive your free electronics.

Watchdog,
Could you ask your lawyer about this? If you take a look at the 500 cash matrix list here: http://ezexpo.com/fullmatrix.asp?mid=19&msku=150cashreport

The person named Brandon Blasher was currently cycling, his first set of spots near the top of the list, and he actually cycled on a few until Shelby took the people above him that already cycled and put them back on the list, including myself. The guarantee that EzExpo has on their site under FAQ should mean something in legal terms. Can you tell your lawyer about this and see what he has to say about it. It doesn't seem right to me.

That's 51 names (above Brandon Blasher) that already cycled and were put back on the top of the list of the 500 cash matrix. Brandon Blasher also cycled a few spots, I don't remember exactly because he had so many. Atleast 51 spots for sure were put back on the top of the list though, that already cycled and never received anything.

I'm not going to bother my attorney with this one, because we already mentioned list manipulation in the lawsuit. You see, we are dealing with scam artists here, not legitimate businesses that wish to be accountable to state laws. I think that rabbitt hole goes deep on this subject of names on lists, and I think it is a non-issue now. EzExpo has been sued, and their funds are on the hook.

Does that mean if your side wins the lawsuit I should be able to receive a refund, even after paying with a money order?

All I know is that the lawsuit requests that restitution be made to all victims. We will see how it all turns out, but we have very good reason to be optimistic.
