Many customers just received a letter from eBanana earlier today regarding the necessity to return these funds to eBanana.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NOT 100% CERTAIN OF THE LEGALITY OF THIS CLAIM.
Because the claim made by CCG, on behalf of Ginix, may not be 100% fully legal, you may not be required to pay back these funds.
We am still looking into what's going on, but from what we've been told by CCG, THOSE WHO HAVE THE FUNDS ARE AT RISK. Whether they can sue you or not, we are not fully certain, but eBanana will be sued for these funds if they are not returned. However, from the conversation I've had with CCG, it sounds like they will come after anyone who does have this money until it is collected.
We will try to find out more information tomorrow about this, both Ginix and CCG will be contacted in regards to this matter, and also to provide written proof that they do have legal grounds to recover these funds. Stay tuned to MatrixWatch about this.
