Attention eBanana.net Customers
eBanana.net has recently mailed out a letter to you that is a complete lie. They have presented a story that includes details about the lawsuits and collections agencies. The letter includes the following phrases:
"...you are hereby demanded to return to eBanana the payout funds you have received between the months of February and August 2003. eBanana has already contacted a collections office and forwarded your name and all related contact information, for collection of all funds outstanding."
"Once we give our collection agency permission to contact you, your credit rating will immediately carry a ‘bad debt’ notice rating, and you may be denied any future home, car, or personal loans until the debt is paid in full. If you do not return these funds to us, you will be pursued through your local court system, as our collection agency has attorneys in every state and province in North America. If this debt is not paid on time, eBanana has the right to make a claim against any and all personal property (including house and automobile) for repossession to reclaim lost funds."
Don't believe it. Don't even give eBanana a dime of your money until you receive an AUTHENTIC order from the court. Ebanana's pay company, Ginix, has a legal right to go after a merchant like eBanana. However, eBanana has no right to go after you for the money that eBanana guaranteed you would receive when you joined their "100% legal" matrix site.
You must take action against him so that this scam he is running cannot continue. This event could very well be the proof that Ebanana is a fraud and Mr. Rybinski is a racketeer. I have spoken with a legal authority about this situation and you are highly advised to forward copies of the email, as well as a complaint, to your local District Attorney and State Attorney General for criminal prosecution. You can access the contact information through our "File a Complaint" link in the Main Menu box.
