We have been spending the past month trying to refund all of the people who did not cycle in Applematrix.
Prince thought that the best way to do that was to pay those who did not cycle at all first. I thought that was a good idea, too.

Thanks to Matrixwatch, now all of our accounts are closed. That means if you have not received a refund you will have to wait at least 180 days.

Good work Matrixwatch for making people wait EVEN LONGER for their refunds.

It is better that the customer has the opportunity to receive a refund straight from the pay company than to get the refund through a matrix-site owner. A site owner can easily take off with that money and leave the customer stranded, so it is best that the money stay frozen in an account for the customer's access only.

Most pay companies will freeze the funds and then willingly refund the customers. This is the case with companies such as 2Checkout, Kagi, CCNow, Ginix, PaySystems, and PayPal. Now, you used PayPal, a company that started freezing funds long before Matrix Watch came around. That was an unwise and uninformed choice on your part, since everyone knows that PayPal actively freezes matrix-site accounts. You cannot blameshift on this one.

What you need to explain is why your IP address matches that of "Shelby Ware's" of EzExpo. You also need to explain why you have not contacted any of your customers after their repeated attempts to receive their refunds. Your actions have mirrored those of many scam artists, and you should not blame them for feeling the way they do.

I contact everyone who emails me. Anyone who has emailed me and said I didn't answer are LYING. Point Blank. Maybe they are mad because they were put to the end of the line because they profitted from the site. So be it.

You can't blame anybody but yourself for what has happened to your company and your customers. If you wouldn't have tried to scam people, you wouldn't be scrambling to refund. Then again according to your own TOS you DO NOT refund. Your site went down because of poor judgement and lack of business sense and it's astonishing that there are what 2,3 or 4 people running your business under the name Prince?....That many heads and still only half a brain running the show. Don't be bitter because you can't ride off into the Belize sunset, you tried to be above the law and it bit you in the end. Don't commit the crime unless your prepared to do the time!

That was a completely different issue. How interesting it is that you have a rebuttal already, and you are already familiar with the whole issue. Sigx97 and SparksFly were operating off a network, and that can be seen in the notation that follows their IP address. This has also been verified. You and Shelby on the other hand either share an apartment, or you are the same person. Your IP addresses match a computer broadcasting its own IP.

By the way, and not to completely change the subject, you have not responded to those who have contacted you lately. See this recent thread for the information.

Adrianna I am a matrix supporter for the good sites, but when your IPs are almost identical it puts up a red flag and makes people wonder.

To really show us your IP take a snap shot. Go to Start>Run> type in cmd> type in the ipconfig

Your IP will popup. Push the button on your keyboard that's next to F12 and then go into Microsoft Paint and paste the pic. Save it, and upload to show us.

Then we can do the same thing for Shelby if he is willing to participate. Same with your Adrianna.


I'm not even sure if this would work or not. It's just something I picked up online to find your TRUE IP address. I know when sometimes people post on forums and their IP addy is off. I should know, I have posted on ZP (ZeroPaid) forums before, checked the IP that it was posted for and it was wrong. I was like what the heck?

WatchDog if your forums do pick up the correct IP addys then they are the same person. But what I don't get is even if your forums didn't pick up the IP addy's it would't make their IP's almost identical?

I don't like that test because it gives Adrianna/Shelby the opportunity to log on with two separate computers. I could easily do this right now by using the computer in my office, and then log on with the other computer in my living room. Yes, VBportal allows me to see the correct IP addresses, and it also created a detailed log book for me to check out a history. I rarely use it except in cases like these.

So let me get this straight.

There is nothing I can do to prove I am not this Shelby clown.

I have been in New Orleans for the past 2 months. There are 3 colleges (Tulane, Loyola, and SUNO) with 1 mile of me. I am no computer guru but I do know I have never met Shelby.

What really made people wonder about you all was when the District Red site pulled the same "dayscar server" retreat that Applematrix did. You all exhibited the actions of the scam sites. Worse yet, Shelby Ware's mysterious move to New Orleans links you and him to the same IP address.. Something very fishy is going on, and we are not going to take your word for it.

Well folks, it looks like "Adrianna" has logged off. I must say that I was hoping for a better explanation to the whole Adrianna/Shelby issue. The evidence shows that they are either the same person, or they are next-door neighbors. I think the latter is unlikely if Adrianna claims to not know Shelby. I have a feeling that we may be on to some serious scam artists here using clever aliases to cover their tracks. That, of course, is my opinion. Keep reporting to the authorities and I am sure that they will sort this whole thing out. We will then see what the truth is.

Also, as far as the authorities. The authorities would never have shut down your accounts if YOU were doing something LEGAL. We make the reports. The AUTHORITIES take ACTION. If nothing was wrong, they would have left you alone.

What I think is even funnier, is that I never reported them till yesterday. They were probably found because of the reports about SHELBY. OOPS.

One last note on the shelby is adrianna subject! There was a Shelby Ware who was sued in conjunction with met life in mississippi. He was an agent of Metlife! The suit was dismissed on 3/22/2000. Just a little more info to help and solve this situation. Also I always found it weird that so many sites from New Orleans closed down. You might want to look closer and do some research on all closed sites. Why just 2, if they indeed are all the same person. They could have beeen running other sites as well. Or still running sites.

Prince promised me it would be in the mail. Where is my freekin refund? Also the number that Prince gave my to contact him now blocks incoming calls. Why have you and Prince ignored me. I tried working it out between just us for weeks and got no where. That is why I had to come here and take action. Why have you not given me my refund and why have you not contacted me? I should have been the first you refunded because I asked before anyone else and I was one of the biggest investors and I have never cycled. Are you sure that he is blocking all incoming calls? Do you have a private number? Some people only allow incoming calls from numbers that can be seen on a caller ID. If you don't have a private number have you tried to call on another phone? He may just be blocking your number.

Alright I finally got an email back from Adrianna(it only took lots amounts of bashing, a complaint with an FBI and a complaint with the attorney general) I asked her about me getting my refund. She told me that because of matrixwatch(which Im glad im apart of right now) she cant give any refunds because their accounts are frozen. Some how everytime she answers a question she only gives a small piece of the answer or totally ignores some it. She still had not answered me why they ignored me, why they didnt send the refund 7 weeks ago and how to get in touch with Prince. I am very mad they she does not explain herself. I should have been the first person mailed a refund. Anyways the frozen accounts shouldnt cause me not to get a refund because 1.The refunds over $60 are mailed and not sent through pay proccessors 2. If they did have money in accounts it should have already be sent to me or other customers 3. They guranteed meI would recieve it in 5 days. Adrianna I want you to give me a full explaination of all my questions. The bare minimum answer that doesnt explain anything wont cut it.

Hurley you are right. I had a couple matrix auctions taken off ebay. I didnt know that is was people from this site though. But I was kinda mad that they did it. But not anymore. Im thankful that they did it because the people would complain to me about them losing their money and it would be all my fault. I was naive back then about what matrix sites really are. I'd like to bring this thread back to the subject it started on. It is important for the matrix owners and supporters to understand that pay companies were freezing funds way before MatrixWatch.org came around. This is the case with companies such as 2Checkout, Kagi, CCNow, PaySystems, and PayPal. The MSNBC article released in January may have triggered these freezures.

The lot was cast before we came on the scene, yet the matrix sites still continued to "buck" the system. They have paid dearly for it. Fortunately, our lawsuits have kept most of the money where it needs to be so that the courts can make their decision.

It is better to have the customers' money frozen in an account than to have it in the hands of a matrix-site owners who could just go into hiding or flee the country.

I understand that Adrianna said she was refunding people but that was back in Sept. of 03. Much has gone one since then. Please read the other posts about Applematrix. We have found out that they have lied on countless occasions. I have talked to many people and I only found 1 person that was refunded and it was for 15 bucks. Thats it. Everyone else I talked to who asked for a refund had been lied to because Applematrix said they would but Applematrix had fled and nobody has heard from them in months. I asked for a refund back in August and I was promised a refund, but I never recieved it because they kept giving my excuse after excuse of why it was taking so long. Eventually they stopped responding to emails and they disconnected their phones. Believe me, they are gone. I had over 1k invested and tried just about everything to get it back. They are not going to refund your money. Please read over all the threads we have aquired and you will find some shocking info that will make you angry. Sorry to be the barron of bad news.
