Just got a letter back from the bank. PayRequest stopped all payments that he made to me on money I collected. PayRequest froze my funds and will soon be freezing more, just a matter of time.

I doubt they will be freezing more. They are just freezing yours because you have been sued and will not be taking any more orders. You probably had a couple customers get a little worried and request chargebacks. I believe that this is something that pertains to EmatrixUSA only, not all matrix sites.

In time all matrix sites are going to go down if this all keeps going, so PayRequest will be freezing a lot more funds than mine. What actually gets my site sued and not the other sites out there?

What ACTUALLY get's YOUR site sued is the fact that YOU were not providing what the CUSTOMER wanted. They have a reason to sue YOU, but probably not every other matrix site. Someone else can sue another matrix site that they were a customer of. Don't worry, they will ALL get sued some day, unless they pay refunds to EVERYONE before they get sued.

I do have some, but I prefer not to share at the time. I am kind of stubborn at times like this. Did file my Declaration on Monday though!

Your declaration? This thread is talking about the Pay Request issue. Do you have to file something when your account gets frozen? Also, Pay Request has a new lawsuit filed against them. Have more accounts been frozen as a result?

Does EmatrixUSA (Jake) have any more info on what materialized out of this? What is going on with the other matrix sites that were serviced by PayRequest?

Funds still havent been released. Also they will not answer back to any of my emails.
