Whenever I hear about lists that are beginning to move, or new lists opening up, I usually find a great deal of new scam auctions on eBay. The auctions usually match the item that people are raving about on the forums. Go figure? There is a new cell phone list opening soon. We may want to keep an eye out, just in case.

That's funny. I just talked to my cell phone company last week, and they upgraded my cell phone for free. I just got it today. I got all the cool features they are talking about, and it is worth roughly the same amount, but it was free with a service contract. While they are trying to con other people to buy a cell phone for the top 2% on that list, they should know that cell phone companies give these things away for free. Oh well, some day these people will learn.

Boy, something stinks on this one.
Here's a seller registered in The Land Down Under: sprazey
Iv'e looked at his history of both buying and selling, and as far as I could tell, he's a stamp dealer with shipping only to Australia and only accepting Australian funds.
Now comes the good part.
His last sale for anything to do with stamps was on Sept. 27.
All of a sudden he has 120 listings for high priced electronics.
All the ones I clicked on are " Note: This listing is restricted to pre-approved bidders or buyers only."
Everyone is for some foreign type money, none are listed accepting Australian money or shipping to Australia only.
They all offer "SPECIAL BUY IT NOW PRICE FOR SERIOUS BUYERS!" and at least one (probaly others) offer free shipping within Canada and wordlwide shipping.
Reading into these ads sure sets off alarms, bells, whistles, and fireworks to me.
Am I being overly cautious or should this seller be reported.
It just doesn't look right.
BTW: He's gotten some serious bids so far too on some of his items.

Yes he should be reported. It was probably a stolen account, but it still needs to be reported. I'll go report it now myself.
