Arrest of site owner raises alert level

Last week the matrix forums were active on the topic of a recent arrest in Texas. He was a juvenile who was allegedly running a matrix site with his parent's credit card. I had a conversation via email with the jounalist who did the story just to make sure it was authentic. There is so far no news about what has happened in this case since he was arrested.
