Here's what eBay has to say:
"Offering to sell feedback, buy feedback, or trade feedback undeservedly is strictly against eBay's feedback policies. Such activity is called feedback solicitation.
Including the term “feedback” or any reference to eBay feedback in the listing title is considered feedback solicitation and the item will be removed. The only exception is if the term “feedback” is directly describing the item listed."
Here's the link to report it:
http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/feedback-solicitation.html
Just click Contact Us on that form
I'll report these too to speed it up.

Excellent work guys. Thanks for all of your dedication and help lately.
I have a feeling that the matrix owners may try to jump start their lists by offering eBay auctions in time for the Christmas season. If we could get some more help with the eBay auctions then that would be great. Keep a look out for anyone who is able to help, and just train them. If you have any questions about protocol, then the head of the eBay Watch Dogs is "PeterDragin".
We need to make sure that NO matrix/scam auctions make it through eBay. This way, they cannot take advantage of early Christmas shoppers.

Much like the matrix listings on Ebay. I also believe that the people that sale wholesale lists are running scams. They sell it as if you are going to e able to get great discounts, but most give you worthless information. Nothing but a bunch of companies that give you no real discounts even if you actually try to buy in bulk. On these lists you will find a listing such as "bestbuy.com,"... now why is that type of store on a whole sale list?
These auctions also tend to show up in force around the holidays. They also violate the Ebay rules in that they will include a product name in thier listing title when they are not selling that actual product... Also... they are listed in the wrong categories since they are only selling information. Therefore, they are also easy to get cancelled. While the customers may not be cheated out of as much money as with a matrix website... wholesale lists do get a lot of buyers with their misleading promises.
I'm going to keep a look out for these auctions come the holidays.;)

Hi guys! Great work here. I just reported that "positive feedback" auction. I hope it helps. I just started with ebay, and was almost taken in by one of those scams.(for a Gamecube) The good thing is I wasn't, because when I Googled Matrix sites I found this forum and learned about them! I am not one to usually stick my nose into something like this, but when I found out what I almost lost money on, It really made me mad! I will be watching this forum and reporting as many of these theives as I can.
Edited because when you post for the first time, you might want to proof read before you post!
