Wait, those who sell "feedback w/ a product (recipe or ringtone)" might be legitimate, are they? If so, may be we should should not report them?

Nope- "Including the term “feedback” or any reference to eBay feedback in the listing title is considered feedback solicitation and the item will be removed."

They aren't allowed to include the word feedback in the title. I think this is how a lot of scammers get high feedbacks, by buying ebooks, recipes, and assorted nonsense for <$1.00 each. Or by selling the same in bulk. The link to report it is http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/feedback-solicitation.html I'll go report those that haven't already been taken down.
