Looks like some customers have teamed up and put a whole bunch of alienware auctions up on eBay.

This link is for the "newly listed", but I also found a bunch under "lowest priced"

http://search.ebay.com/ws/search/SaleSearch?sosortorder=2&sosortproperty=2&satitle=alienware

There are A LOT of them. Looks like they are getting desperate.

This one even has 12 bids on it:

One seller, "bigdaddyinthehouse" has already sold a few of these auctions right under our noses. I think we may want to consider reporting some of these sellers to PayPal and let them take action as well:

Paypal-compliance@paypal.com
Ofacappeal@paypal.com

I have a feeling that these sellers are from GotMatrix. Could someone do a little 'snooping' and find out if this hunch is true?

Start clicking on "view seller's other items". I am finding matrix auctions all over the place. I think that if we worked together on this one, we could shut down nearly 50 auctions in an hour.

Ok, after seeing all of those alienware laptops I went through the eBay auctions looking for Plasma TV's, PS2's, and all kinds of electronics. I found so many matrix auctions that I am spinning.

Perhaps the best way to do this is to start nailing the sellers accounts which will, in turn, take down a majority of those auctions all at once. I suspect that a few of them are shill bidding, but our multiple reports for their auctions should take care of them well enough, right?

bigdaddyinthehouse /// his auctions have been reported many times so far and should be soon gone.

The tv auctions are the first place I look for matrix auctions and 90% have been reported.

Rember when you find any Matrix auction ALWAY look at the sellers other auctions because you will find more in other catagories.

And by the way the total sellers kicked off Ebay is now at 457 !!

Getting these guys kicked off Ebay and stopping the auctions is like a Matrix working backwards!!

One guys sells a few auctions and they in turn sell a few, and so on. But when we stop them there are less to repeat that cycle. We had alot of people selling this scam and now the numbers are going down and down because of the work done on Ebay to stop the auctions.

The MORE we stop the auctions the less and less people will try to sell this scam, and the fewer will try to sell it themselves.

Stopping the Matrix/info auctions on Ebay has brought the Matrix sites to a stand still. This is a POWERFULL tool to stop the sites and make the customers want refunds, this means they will ALL fail SOONER.

They can never be suscessful by advertizing in any other way, Ebay is the number one way they get new recuits for their scam. Banner sharing, emailings, all cost them money and they do not get ANY results from these. If you notice that not to many of these auctions on Ebay are even getting many bids, the people are getting wise to the scam and not bidding on them. With school back in session now the kids are NOT on Ebay anymore and this further hinders them.

I have seen some talking about a christmas rush, bull crap !! Who wants to buy something for a christmas gift that will take till after christmas to get ( NOBODY ) So they can wish for it but it will never happen..

Guys just KEEP up the good work !!!!!

Thanks P D

This is one of those Andorra auctions...this guy needs to be gone now. He has hijacked an account.

Use that link to report these types because they accept wire transfer and it is a quick report. Ebay is looking out for these scams the most due to the Euro scam going on.

another user to look out for palmpano...he is selling links as well.

auction number 3434668000

He sent me back a reply that had double digit vulgarity. It makes me feel good when these guys get kicked off ebay.

I just reported the 40 new items bigdaddy has up, hopefully he'll get his soon.

I've also reported palmpano for the last 3 days and suggested to ebay to do something about banning him.

Keep up the good work.

did he send you the nice threatening email as well? I forwarded that to safe harbor as a threat against me.

hurley9192,
If you were asking me, no I didn't hear anything from him.

Does ebay let the sellers know who reported them?

I hope not.

no, I usually email them and tell them their matrix auctions are keyword spamming and that they are being watched and their auctions are not appreciated on ebay.

That's when the fun begins.

How do you report to safe harbor? Is the effect the same as report to ebay? May be WD can add that to the "file a complaint" link as well.

actually, you report them from the same link, but do it under a different heading.

is the starting place to report...
