I'm ready to sign onto your class action suit in the next couple of weeks.

Shelby and Damion better be watching their backs. I'm sure the government is watching them closely. I'd bet there are even some ezexpo members that are doing the same.

I do not think that they will ever get out of the country like they plan. It's only a matter of time before they are arrested.:D:p

It does not even matter what the outcome of the situation is right now... God sees all... I am not sure that stealing innocent peoples hard earned money will be seen as favorable in the end.

Ezexpo is about to lose all their money. Then the operatives are going to prison.

Thank you for your enthusiasm and respect. I do appreciate your support of the lawsuit and your willingness to join the class. That being said, I'd like to tell you something that is not only for you, but for the others who support Matrix Watch. This law suit is not about revenge or personal vendettas. This is about a business entity and a group of people who were affected by alleged illegal practices. Please treat Shelby Ware and Damion Flynn with the respect they deserve as human beings and as hard-working individuals. We may not agree with what has been done, but lets keep the focus on the issues in the case and the current events. This does not weaken our position, but rather strengthens our ability to push hard on the points they are being sued over. If we win, I want us to win with honor. The forum rules clearly say that no one may personally assault the plaintiffs, defendants, or anyone else associated with this case. I want to allow as much freedom of speech as possible, but when I see insulting and name calling going on I cannot support it; no matter which side it is directed to. While I do welcome the involvement I've seen by so many, I do not welcome the disrespect I have seen from some.

Max, I respect you as a member of this forum and I know that you are able to abide by these rules. Thanks again.

Sorry Watchdog, I guess my post was taken the wrong way.

I meant no personal assault on Shelby.

I was just saying that people are watching. We obviously got MSNBC interest. And according to Shelby on the other site, people have threatened to contact the FBI, so they might have a slight interest. Everyone who is in the "know" (media, law, customers) is indeed watching.

Shelby got the jokes in the message. Unfortunately I am going to have to say Thanks Shelby! Through all the recent activities, you still have a sense of humor. I have to give respect to that.;)

Thanks Max for your understanding. Also, I know that many eyes are on this case. Not to mention MatrixWatch.org. Let's keep our minds active and post our thoughts and questions on a continual basis. We are making history here on this site, and you all may be the force that drives this issue to the authorities attention, possibly the Attorney General. Good work!
