Well seems Zions Matrix closed. They also tried using 2checkout the last few days of operation. 2checkout didn't take them.
ZionsMatrix.Com blames everything on matrixwatch.
TO MATRIXWATCH
Get a life, this was obviously a pesonal attack! As I am not a matrix, which is your goal. Or wait didn't you just tell all your members you were going to concentrate on ebay auctions? I guess your still mad at me for showing you up on the Solarpay issue. I was going to say some choice words for you and your cult followers but I am better than you! So I will leave it at this:

I wonder why. Thanks for ruining it MW - a perfectly good and easy way for everyone to make a little cash, with each person having the same opportunity as everyone else.
This was an affiliate program, not a matrix site, so why the **** did you get it shut down?!
So when are you planning on moving to police the whole web? Oh wait, you think you already do!

timeout...we didn't get anything shut down. We didn't report anything to anyone...this went down on it's own power. We were not out to stop Zion's matrix site and if it was solely due to our site, then we have powers we don't even know about.
Maybe, it's the pay processors that just don't want to deal with operations that are on the borderline of ethical.

Read the announcement about 2Checkout from the "Headlines Archives" forum. This pay company has openly stated that they will freeze matrix-site accounts. With a site name like "ZionsMatrix", I think he gave himself away.

Zionsmatrix is fundementally flaw. It is not random = not same opportunity. You can choose who to pay to, just refresh the website until you find a member ID# right for you. So, you can pay yourself as many times as you like while increasing your memberships. It is not difficult at all since he has only 11-15 members.
Even if it is random, early members have higher opportunity to get pay more frequently than the late members. So, the failure of zionsmatrix can only be blamed on a BAD concept and BAD design!!
If it is only a processor issue, he should just beg for another 'matrix'/non-matrix/lottery (whatevery you want to call it) processor? Why he did not do that but choose to close down, and blame in on MW? What a convenient and childish excurse.
I have no pity to the failure of any badly design e-business, matrix or non-matrix.
However, I respect and applaud Zion's final effort to refund all his members, in both Matrix and non-matrix period. That's a MODEL EXIT PLAN that everyone will respect and endourse!

But didn't we already predict that this was the method these owners would employ to shut their sites down? Blame Matrix Watch and the focus is taken off the owner's poor planning and advisement.

Talented Mr Rae: "a perfectly good and easy way for everyone to make a little cash, with each person having the same opportunity as everyone else"Apparently, someone is misinformed about how ZionsMatrix functioned. It's not a matrix but its still a pyramid. It is multi-level marketing at its worst since there is no product of any value changing hands. The bottom layers is funding the top of the pryamid and ZionsMatrix. Say for example, one person recruits 2 new members and each of those recruit 2 new members. $30 x 7 people or $210 is tied up in the pyramid. The bulk of the members (4 people at the bottom) have paid in $120 in order to pay off the members above them who have contributed a total of $90. Like a matrix, everthing collapses when new members run out because you are essentially using new investments to pay off old investors. Once the pryamid grows beyond its recruiting pool, the bottom level investors seek refunds and run through chargebacks. Pay companies are left holding the bag unless they freeze the pryamid's accounts. If I were a pay company, I'd be thrilled if a site like Matrix Watch brought a site like ZionsMatrix to my attention. Matrix Watch is simply a catalyst forcing an early demise to a scheme bound to fall apart eventually.
Affiliate programs are not a terribly bad thing. ZionsMatrix however, isn't an affiliate program. The "banner ads" aren't of any significant value compared to the total investment. Legit affiliate prgrams provide a cut of the profit for an item of value to the seller. For instance, ZionsMatrix would be more legit if they sold $10 CDs for $15, keeping a $4 profit, and giving away $1 to whomever referred the buyer to ZionsMatrix. This way, the "free gift" is being paid out of ZionsMatrix profits and not out of new investments.
watchdog: "But didn't we already predict that this was the method these owners would employ to shut their sites down? Blame Matrix Watch and the focus is taken off the owner's poor planning and advisement."Blaming MatrixWatch is simply a great testament to the effectiveness of this site. I'd be honored if they would blame me.
Scam artists will always find someone to blame other than themselves. Some actually believe that their schemes really are legitimate ways of making money. Some are scared of legal action or financial ruin while others are simply angry that they aren't allowed to continue siphoning off money from people that are bad at math. Whatever the reason, people standing in their way are the easiest people to blame for thier scam. If it weren't you, it would be judges, lawyers, pay comanies, or someone else.

I agree, but talk is cheap. I hate to be so negative, but sometimes people just use this as a stall tactic. I don't know, all I am saying is I hope he does follow-through with his promise.
I did see a parable and I thought that it should also be posted here. "when you point the finger at someone else you'll always have three pointing back at you"

The really funny thing is that he blames us because he claims that we hate him for showing us up on the SolarPay thing. Well, then why didn't he use SolarPay? The guy is a deadbeat. Nobody here filed a report against him. In fact, I don't think anyone here knew he was using 2checkout until someone came in here and told us that they had canceled him. I guess the system is finally working. We aren't having to report these guys anymore, since the pay processors are doing it themselves. Like I said earlier, he knew which processors we had contact with. He knew which ones didn't accept his kind of business, yet he used them anyways. That was HIS fault.

It always seems to me when the owners come over here with their statements and comments...it is their last feeble attempt to keep their "business" from falling into the abyss that they have been dangling above for so long.
Doubtlessly they come here, argue, attack and threaten. Then a few weeks down the road they plummet into matrix hell. Like Applematrix, Zions Matrix, and I am sure there is a few others I am missing.
Kind of funny, If I was a Matrix "investor" I would come here to see if the owner of a site has been vocal. If so- don't send them any money because they are on the way out and the closing of their site is imminent. :D
