Go to this URL and in
Block 1 click on "Report a Questionable listing.
Block 2 click on "Possiable Fradulent Listing"
Blosk 3 click on "Seller is demanding wire transfer only in his
listing"
That will take you to the next page and click continue and enter the sellers Ebay ID. and any info you want to add such as the number of auctions.
