vortexenterprises is the seller.
This guy is another one that has to go. He thinks he has gotten it right so his auctions won't be canceled. I reported them last nite and sent him a email telling him so.
He can be reported for any one of these rules, complation, circumventing fees, misleading titles, wrong catagories. Any one of these will get the auction cancecled. he is braging how much money he is making.
THIS GUY IS A POWER SELLER, and I love to get them kicked off.

peterdragin,
I reported 12 of his this morning, and ebay said he has already been reported on some of them, so this should speed things up a bit.
I like the way he worded his ads, he thought if you didn't use brand names it was OK to sell info.

he posted some more auctions .
Here's another one, " tanatic-industries "

peterdragin,
" tanatic-industries " was mentioned in another thread here yesterday. I reported him today too, but it looks like he is going strong.
He has sales over $2200 today (God I hope those newbies don't pay him) and he just listed a new auction for a plasma and he's asking $2000 and in the ad he states he's only selling you information on entering a matrix.
This one not only needs to be stopped, he should be sent to jail.

I think you will find that most of the zero feedback buyers are non paying Vigilantes

peterdragin,
I sure hope so.
I just reported him again awhile ago for the new auctions he's posting like crazy.
Unfortunately, he just sold one for $2000 and relisted it right away.
Send this guy to the fires of h*** for running such a scam.

Thanks for the heads up-I just checked (20:45 hrs-Sunday evening) and he still has auctions going-has a link on his page that takes you to a page that says "if you bid or win, YOU are the responsible party-NOT ME". I sent him a note mentioning that I got ripped by a matrix site, starting in May and haven't gotten anything since and the site (EBANANA) is gone.

Honest, "tanatic-industries" was NARUed when I posted that last message, somehow he must have convinced ebay to take him back.
Also, I think we have "vortexenterprises" pissed off, he keeps coming back with his auctions after ebay kills them.
He keeps rewording them and blaming the "ebay cops" for it.
He thinks it's legal to sell information about buying low or no cost items, but according to ebays Compilation and Informational Media policy, you can't offer information on how to buy or receive free items outside of ebay, and his titles are misleading, you think you're buying the electronics item, and you're not, so he's breaking at least 2 or their rules.

peterdragin

Here's the link to the compilation rules link.

The vortexenterprises guy is also keywrod spamming because he
is listing the auctions in the information cats. now .

vortexenterprises is also selling Herbalife bars on ebay, which is a direct violation of Herbalife rules if you want to report him to Herbalife as well.
This guys a loser...he emailed me yesterday telling me that us ebay cops won't get him off ebay because he is a power seller and can do what he wants to.

In my second posting in this thread, I had advised that I had e-mailed TANATIC-INDUSTRIES concerning my thoughts on his "system". Here is his response:
hi thanks for the question this is how it works you pay us
for the auction then we direct you to a sells rep/invoice
and the matrix company will cycle your payment for the item
promoted through our site. IT is shipped free and brand new
through the matrix company -thanks

He emailed me to tell me he's not selling spots in a matrix...I copied his auction that says "this is for a matrix" and asked him what that meant. He replied that he was going to report me to ebay for threatening him.

how do you search a ebay seller's auctions?
peterdragin
October 14th, 2003, 07:32 PM
It's on the home page, just hit the search button and then by seller's id .
You can look at all his auctions or last week or what ever this includes completed auctions also.
