If while shopping on ebay, I run across sellers selling information leading to a matrix site, is there a way to report a seller without a large amount of hassel?

Sure just go to safe harbour . Here's the link to it.

Just read a few of the rules like, circumventing fees , complitaion , url. most auctions violate one or more of them.
I use the copy and paste to take down the auction numbers and then just paste them into the box when you report them.

Just go to:
http://pages.ebay.com/help/contact_inline/index.html
This will get you directly in to the system without any hassle.
1. Report a questionable listing
2. listing policy violation
3. Circumvention of Ebay fees
Place this URL in your favorites for easy access when needed.
When needed just click favorites and then click "Help Contact Us" and minimize the page to the lower tool-bar.
It is now ready to use at an instant.
Now go to Ebay and start looking. When you find an infringing auction then copy the auction number and and maximize the "Help Contact Us", and paste the number, minimize back to ebay page nd copy the description or any part of the description that violates Ebay policy, and past it to the contact page.
Be sure to check all the sellers auctions as most will have more than one infringing auction. Copy and paste those auction numbers to the report and send the info to ebay.
To clear for the next a seller just backspace the sent report and delete the numbers ans text and it is ready to accept another sellers numbers and information.

If you would like to send a suggestion to the anti-scam team at eBay, then enter this URL into your browser:

peterdragin,
What do you think about the suggestion by GODHCTAW. Have you found this to be the best way to report the matrix auctions?
Is there a faster or better way?
What do you guys do if you find a whole host of auctions to support, both multiple listed by one seller, and individually listed by others. How do you report them quickly?

Either way goes to the same place, and you can only list 10 auction numbers at one time. I normaly just hit the help button on the top of the ebay page and it takes you to a listing of the different rules.
http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/topics.html#topSelection
It lists the different rules and what they are, and has a report link on the bottom of each rule description.

Thanks dragin. Those rule listings are handy. I've reposted GODHCTAW's suggestion below, as I found it very helpful (and quick) this morning.

Just in case you are not aware of this.
Free listing days usually produce a lot of these auctions.
This is a free fixed price listing day.
ebaY Canada is holding a free listing day on Tue 2 Dec
03,
starting at 00:00:01 ET (12:00 AM plus one second) and
ending
at 23:59:59 ET (11:59 PM plus 59 seconds).
Promotion applies to insertion fees only on all
insertion fees for
Canadian Dollar and U.S. Dollar Fixed Price listings.
All other
fees including optional reserve price fees, final
value fees,
gallery and feature fees will still apply. Listings
created during
the promotional period stated above, but scheduled to
start after
the promotional period are not eligible for free
listing. All item
listings must start during the promotional period.
Real Estate
and Motors listings are not included. This promotion
does not
apply to auctions or the Buy It Now feature.
You can list in this promotion no matter where in the
world you
are located, but you must list on the ebaY CA site,
and be willing
to take US or CA dollars and ship to Canada, though
most
sellers find the majority of their sales come from the
US anyway,
in US dollars.
