You've seen them everywhere right? PayPal, StormPay, E-Gold, Randomizers.

What is the opinion of these sites?

Does this fall under a similar catagory as a matrix site?

Randomizers are only slightly better than matrix sites. They are ponzis to a certain extent, I suppose it depends on how you view them.

In a randomizer that is 11 people long:

On average, the top person will get paid 2.91x

second person 1.91
third person 1.41
fourth person 1.08

And everybody else donates.

Now, thats assuming it doesn't cost anything to join this randomizer. But, thats never the case. The one I saw, the buy in rate was 50%, so the only person above 2 (since the 1.91 guy still, on average, only got one donation) is the top guy. So, after 11 people, only the first person made anything.

I'm not sure if its common practice with these places, but they also charge you for "weights" allowing you a better chance to "cycle". Thats just a way to get you to buy more without changing much. So, buying weights typically wont' help you, but not buying them will give you even less chance of gaining anything.

But, being that your chance of getting anything is proportional to the number of people in the scam, it does sound like an illegial lottery. But, I don't know. I just don't like throwing my hard earned money away.

If you join, the admin of the randomizers , will collect to advertise your affiliate randomizer link randomly. There are low chances to earn money.
Few sites provide to customers , the affiliate link with customers email address.
Better to earn by advertise yourself. If anybody attracts to the website/slogans will pay to random person and Admin.

These scheme come under ponzis, which were banned online. As long as the website exists online, members have chance to earn from new commers. If admin. cannot run the website further , due to loss will remove the webste online, so all members who joined must face the loss.
