Reading these you get the impression that you will walk away with the xbox for 40 bucks. They need to mention that the 40 bucks will place you on a stagnant list where they will add and take people off of when they feel like it and lie to you when you question. AND if you question too much or say anything negative about them you will be banned from the site.

Ebay is very slow in removing these two gotmatrix advertisement ..:( I wonder if these desperate gotmatrix advertisements are useful for the future lawsuit against gotmatrix?

Considering that's not me you wouldn't have a case. I cannot control ebay sales, that's ebay's job. I advise anyone promoting through auctions to follow their rules.

I am surprised that you do not fully support your diehard supporters! They are out there risking their eBay ID just to make you take more money away from misinformed newbies/donors/ebayers. You should be greatful ...:)
