I want to start a thread ONLY for listing the badguy's usernames.

Lets use a straightforward approach, listing the name followed by the auction site.

Below you'll find the comprehensive list that all our watchddogs have found (that I know about). XXX next to the name means the user is no longer (thanks to us)!

Can someone start a thread called "How to report Yahoo auctions" I'd like to make it a sticky thread just like the eBay report instructions. This will help the others (and myself).

Here are some guys I found this morning. I reported them, but if you guys have some ways to report multiple sellers at one time, then that may be helpful as well.

Here's another one, this one is the worst of one I have to say.

artie0515 http://cgi6.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewSellersOtherItems&userid=artie0515&include=0&since=-1&sort=3&rows=50

Cuz this guy's misleading information is pissing me off, it's almost like a normal auction execpt it's not. So people bid up over $100 on his auctions only to find it's not what it seems. I feel sad for those people. :(

Report multiple seller auctions the same was as if it is a single seller with multiple auctions.

Example: seller one has 2 auctions
seller two has 4 auctions
seller three has 3 auctions
Total auctions are 9
These nine auctions cane be reported together as one sent report

Ebay uses the auction numbers to check the reviews and check each auction number whether they are one seller or up to ten different sellers numbers.

You can report up to 10 auctions on every report-- the sellers may be different as Ebay will review the auction numbers and match them up to the sellers on their end.

To report a specific seller just report the auction numbers of the seller and in the message box add any comments that you have and the sellers Id.

You can copy and past the sellers history of the last 30 days and any feedback can be copy and pasted to the message board as well.

Email from the seller (with full headers) can be copy and pasted in the report also. Copy and paste anything that supports your position that the seller is conducting infringing auctions ---- and do not hesitate to ask that the seller be appropriately sanctioned to include the suspension of the seller if it is warranted.

The two following are circumvention of Ebay fees reports of two different auctions.
Please notice that the following the auction number reported is a code. This code is the sellers location and sellers Id information.
Each auction number reported will generate a sellers profile for the revies wer of the auction. These profile numbers is how Ebay can tell who the seller is.
So the short answer is report the auction numbers and Ebay automatically brings up the information for the seller according to the sellers regeristeration and the registeration of the listed item

I see you are interested in purchasing a laptop and
you don’t want to pay a lot of money into it. Well, I
received a popup and it took me to a great website
called-
http://www.getcyclefastmatrix.reallyrules.com/alienwarelaptop.htm.
I was shocked and I was so skeptical and I looked
around the site and all I have to do is wait for people to
purchase it and then I get my very own free Alienware
Area51m laptop. For $275 this is a great investment.
Once you receive this top of the line laptop for
yourself you can also purchase more for the inexpensive
price and resell them at eBay. What a great idea! So what
are you waiting for? Go purchase that laptop and
spread the news today because the more people you get to
buy, the faster your own laptop will come.

HOPE THIS CLARIFIES THAT ONLY THE AUCTION NUMBERS BE REPORTED AND UP TO TEN AT A TIME CAN BE ENTERED INT THE EBAY FORM, AND EBAY AUTOMATICALLY GENERATES A SELLERS IDENTIFICATION OF THE REPORTED AUCTION.

If you follow through on these sellers that have active sites running you can get very good results in shutting down the Matrix throug various methodes

This one is now closed as far as Matrix promotions go.

artie0515 is back at it again... this is the guy who advertised his auction with big words on XBox and PS2 but super small size font on "this auction is for website only" and people fall in his trap and pay hundreds of dollars. Well this time, he doesn't even bother saying he's selling "website" We must put this to an end, this guy is the biggest ebay scammer ever. I can't do it because I have problems trying to email ebay about it, it says my IE doesnt accecpt cookies, but that's not true, I set it to accept all cookies. So anyway, you guys gotta email ebay and warn them about this guy.

I asked these questions on another thread, but no reply. So I ask again here:
Are you against selling of links or using ebay as a form of advertisement?

Not trying to harp or be rude. Just seems to me people are beating ebay to advertise. Ebay is not a fair and loving company. If i list an auction for $5000 and some shmoe buys it and never pays. Ebay will not refund the listing fees. Why is that? The refund the seller fees but not the $40 it cost me to list the item. Ebay itself is a scam. They promote cheating. They tell you in there help section how to cheat.

So I have no love for ebay. They have sellers who shill bid repeatedly, ebay does nothing to rectify this situation as it makes them more money. Ebay is based on making themselves more money. They now have stock photos, so people can sell bottlegs. Yet if you complain you have to pay for arbirtration for a possible refund. Paypla is usually no help as the seller can prove delivery. Ebay is the bigger of the scammers. I can go on for days on how ebay scams their members.

I will say I am AGAINST selling links on ebay. However if they give the information away for FREE, what is the problem? If you are against them even giving away the info for FREE, then I suggest you look in your own ranks for two faced members. Some of your members post links to there favorite money making scams on other forums.

Are you against using ebay to promote a HYIP or pay per click site?

Again I apologize to all the members on this forum. I am only trying to understand the basis for reporting these auctions? Oh and all questions go for yahoo as well.

mercinary
December 15th, 2003, 02:53 PM
My logic is: if it is against Ebay or Yahoo policies, then I will report it. That is all there really is to it. Do I think that these auctions that give these links away for free are better than those selling the link...yes, of course. BUT, they are still against policy.

Additionally, these sites that we are dealing with are a scam (matrix sites). Those sites that are dealing with discounted stuff (i.e. www.freevideogames.com) have something else up their sleeve, such as stealing and selling consumer info. That being said, I don't support either kind of site.

-Merc

SERAPH
December 15th, 2003, 03:13 PM
Ok how exactly is against ebays rules to give away info for free? If I list a PS2 for sale and tell them where I got it I am breaking none of ebays rules. As long as I have and intend to sell the product ebay will allow the auction.

I don't believe your going after them just to help ebay. Since you don't go after shill bidders or other ebay scams.

If you believe these sites are scams. The basis for turning them in. Why then as stated above are some members of this forum on other forums pushing HYIP's and other scams? That would be like allowing a matrix site owner on this board to help shut down others. Conflict of interest. Against all scams or just the ones your not making from?

Oh this isnt directed at you, but in general to all members who push the latest money making trends.

MatrixWatch
December 15th, 2003, 03:26 PM
Seraph,
Reporting auctions is a pretty busy business, so I am loaded down with that at the moment. For more information on ebay rules, please visit the eBay.com website.

We do this to both help ebay and also further our own causes against the matrix sites. And yes, we do report shill bidders and other scams that we come across.

We do not support any of these scams, and just because someone joins this site and brags about an HYIP site doesn't mean we support them. In fact, those "plugs" are usually posted in the "other internet scams" foler.

We report scams to eBay and Yahoo. We do it to help us and them. We report whatever is against their policies and related to scams relevant to the matrix community (inculding matrix, referral, and HYIP programs). If you want to discuss the rules, then go to the eBay website via the safe harbor forums.

You can either join the team, or sit back and watch. But you are not allowed to hijack another thread with your comments.

Also, I would appreciate it if you emailed me and explained why you have the same IP address as the formally-banned member,"ZionsMatrix". It would certainly explain why you are referring to past issues such as "conflict of interest", and "info. auctions are not bad".

SERAPH
December 15th, 2003, 05:12 PM
Ok wasnt trying to offend you watchdog. In fact as I stated I am against selling of links. I was just trying to get my facts straight.

I was not trying to hijack a thread as you state, just asking a question. Now my concern is this: One of your members is filing complaints against ebay auctions to shut down matrix scams, yet they are on several other boards pushing HYIP's!

So this to me is CONFLICT OF INTEREST, that is what I was referring too. Why you would allow a member to bash one scam only to push another on other boards.

I never said giving away info was good. I asked a question:
However if they give the information away for FREE, what is the problem?

I never said it was right or wrong, I was just trying to learn more about your site. I would be willing to help but will not join blindly. If you allow members to profit off of other scams while bashing some, I will take my leave. So you decide, are you for against all scams? Do you allow members to bash some and profit from others?

As to similar ip's I work with the above mentioned. If this is a problem I will leave the board.

MatrixWatch
December 15th, 2003, 05:18 PM
Yes, please leave. Unless you are going to be productive, I'd appreciate it if you were not here to ask questions that have already been answered.

You are obviously just another matrix supporter trying to veer our team off track by hijacking a thread.

SERAPH
December 16th, 2003, 12:29 AM
I will leave but no my question wasn't answered!

Why is it pineapples is a member of this board reporting matrix scams on ebay and yet profits off of HYIPS? Answer me that you hypocrite? Don't beleive me then check out this link:

http://goldwatcher.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=56

That is enough proof that your site cares nothing about scams or scammers and your just trying to look like you do! Stop recruiting scoundrels and scammers to your board. GOODBYE and GOODLUCK!

MatrixWatch
December 16th, 2003, 03:17 AM
Bye Seraph/ZionsMatrix. An invitation was issues last week for previously-banned members to come and join us in our fight against the matrix sites. The rule was to send me an email and I would reactivate your account. You didn't send me an email, you signed up for a second account, and you are not being productive in the campaign at all.

I could care less about what Pineapples does on some other forum out there. Pineapples is a productive member here, and that is what I am looking at.

Matrix supporters are rooting for a sinking ship. They don't know what is happening behind the scenes, and I would highly recommend that they drop their support for these matrix sites really quick.

Kekoa64 is the user name of a power seller on Ebay. See: http://myworld.ebay.com/kekoa64/
A search of his items for sale reveals that his only product for sale on Ebay is an e-book titled, "Learn How My Girlfriend and I Make $100+/hour on Ebay". The e-book is available for immediate download after paying the purchase price of 9.99. According to the information that Kekoa64 has posted on Ebay, he is a student who resides in Hawaii. Kekoa64 claims that he makes $700 - $2500 a week by using the techniques outlined in the e-book. He also promises a 100% money back guarantee.

The e-book outlines 5 techniques for making money on Ebay.

The first technique is to purchase items for cheap on Craigslist.org and then resell them for a profit.

The second technique is to resell pre-sale tickets bought from Ticketmaster for a profit after getting pre-sale codes from Fatwallet.com or TalkTix.com

The third technique is to purchase good deals on Slickdeals.net and resell them for a profit.

The fourth technique is to search through the newspaper classified section for a deal to purchase and then resell it for a profit.

The fifth technique is to find discounts on items from other websites and sell that information (as a link to the website) on ebay. This technique is actually an Ebay policy violation. Ebay's policy is to remove any posting that links to an outside website.

Kekoa64 has been listed by a member of Matrixwatch.org as scam auction seller. View the list at the following web address: http://www.matrixwatch.org/forums/showthread.php?t=958&highlight=kekoa64

A search of Kekoa64 on Matrixwatch.org also leads you to a thread that posts a link to download a copy of his e-book. http://www.matrixwatch.org/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=378&d=1164510276

The email address that Kekoa64 uses on paypal is chungg005@hawaii.rr.com

Thanks for all the information on this guy. It doesn't sound like his 'secret' is anything fancy (we probably don't need his book), he forgot to add as a secret --- "ripping people off with my garbage ebook" lol

Ebay would love to know that one of their powersellers is doing this. Since ebay and paypal are one of the same, our direct contact with Paypal should also cause some static for him over at ebay as well. Its great how that relationship works.

Thanks for the info!

What amazes me about ebay is someone can sell "junk" ebooks and still be listed on the pulse week after week!
He has sold thousands of these worthless books but continues to operate!

How can so many people watch his worthless auctions.... eBay needs to fix this problem.
