Statistics Reports Released: GotMatrix.com
What does the future hold for Got Matrix?
GotMatrix.com, a large matrix site that launched earlier this year, has risen to a noteworthy level of success in the matrix community. Some statisticians and customers, however, are questioning how long that success will last.
Many of these "get-rich-quick" matrix sites will come and go, leaving angry customers in their tracks, but GotMatrix.com has remained consistent with their business model, earning them an 'established' status in the community. In fact, last month they reportedly brought in more revenue than any other matrix site. After having dealt with various problems, from pay-processor nightmares, to customer complaints to the authorities, GotMatrix.com has apparently risen beyond the controversy and they are now promising a bright future to their supporters. Will they become a new rule maker in the matrix business, and bring wealth to those who have bought their ebooks? Greg Day, the owner, thinks so, as well as some of the supporters who share his vision.
However, one statistician here at Matrix Watch, "ycchen", thinks otherwise. His statistical reports argue that the customers of GotMatrix.com have a bleak future ahead of them. This is based on his mathematical research showing that the signup rate has been in a constant decline since GotMatrix opened in March, and that most of the customers involved (80-90%) will always stay on a long list and never cycle (a.k.a. “the permanent helpers”). Their latest surge in sales, ycchen believes, will be their last attempt to exploit the Christmas-shopping spirit through several illegally-listed advertisements on auction sites such as eBay and Yahoo.
Could GotMatrix's present success be only a tell-tale sign of an approaching crash after Christmas? Those who would like to share their opinions of these reports are invited to do so here at Matrix Watch.
Read these reports yourself to find out:
1) How long it will take to cycle off a list at GotMatrix if business keeps rolling in as good as it has this past month.
2) What percentage of the customers who sign up will remain on each list, versus how many actually cycle off in the future.
3) How much it would cost GotMatrix to pay everyone out right now. (Hint: It is in the millions of dollars)
4) What GotMatrix will need to decide in the near future.
