Gotmatrix labeled as scam by another site

I was doing a small test on google in response to a thread on matrix-sites, and here is what I found.

Starr was accusing ONLY Matrix Watch of using the word scam when describing Gotmatrix, so I did a search on google for "Gotmatrix scam" and I found this website.

Looks like we AREN'T the only site to call this site a scam.

Excurse me for cross-posting. Here is another fine journalist who label matrix-sites as pyramid and scam.

Note: His mathematical model is very similar to the real case study of gotmatrix in this forum. See, Matrixwatch is NOT the only anti-matrix website...:)

Yeah.. I did a search as well, and I found that GotMatrix.com (as well as other matrix sites) were listed on the "Make Money Fast: Hall of Humiliation" forms

Websites are popping up around the internet like mesqutoes to a blue flame. They call themselves "Matrixes" or "Reward Sites". Basicly they attempt to sell you a product, for sake of argument let me say a new computer for only $100. Now the catch is that you pay $100 and then you are put on a list to get the computer. You are supposed to eventually get the computer, once enough people sign up after you. This is simply a pyramid scheme, which these sites argue is legal due to the fact that they state that you are purchasing an ebook from them and only going to be put on the list for the computer as a free gift for buying the ebook.

New to this forum and not sure if this is what i should do about this situation. I received a call today from someone who said a person sent him several spam emails claiing to sell computers. This person said he was a subsidiary of our company. www.mtechlaptops.com. This person has no such affiliation with us and we have never heard of him.
He even went as far as to give our address and phone number. I cannot figure out why he would do this since it would surly label him as a fruad.. I googled his email address and found a web site with his address as part of the title. Below is a copy of the email conversation this person had with the potential customer. he was kind enough to forward it to me for reference. I will delete that person email addres to protect his privacy. I am posting this as some protection if ever in the future someone tries legal action agaisnt this person and attemtps to see if we have any affiliation with this character.

In reference to the conversation with Jerry earlier today (the email to jerry@mtchlaptops.com was returned). The guy that claims to be with you and specializing in wholesale of computers has attached his "information." Note it is your email address and phone number. He refuses to give me another phone number, just hoping I would release the funds I guess. Best of luck to you guys.
