The email headline itself is a giant red flag. "Don't do anything and make money" is what it suggests. Highly unlikely that this is legit.

Secondly, you can't even get into the site unless you have a sponsor, which to me is in contradiction with the statement that you don't have to sponsor anyone to make money.

As long as I can not get into the site, I can not evaluate the business model though...

How long does it take?
