   Ordered a bag, 4 shells, and a set of long handles from Nature’s Loft in Cocoa, Florida on 9-21-09.  Money taken from my account on 9-24-09.  Began making phone calls and sending emails on 10-3-09 asking if there was a problem - not easy to get ahold of anyone involved with this site.  After some cyber searching I was able to find additional numbers (and with the help of a wonderfully nice person at the Antique Emporium where their booth is located in Cocoa).  It took 2 days to answer my voicemail message and until 10-10-09 for another email explaining that “this is NOT the way they do business” blah blah blah.  The promise was made to fix the problem and ship the product by the 16th but today is the 21st and once again my phone calls and emails are going unanswered.  I have filed a fraud report with my bank and Visa but I wanted to warn others—do NOT waste your time and money buying any products from www. naturesloft.com out of Cocoa, Florida.  Another Miche bag dealer, http://www.4customhandbags.com has been fast, fair, and grateful for my business.

   The website http://www.naturesloft.com has always been very good with my orders.  They have been helpful and I have never waiting longer than 7-10 days for my Miche shells to arrive.  Maybe you had a bad experience...As for me, I can only say good things about this company.
