Spam? I cant comment as I never received any.
Private domain registration? So what?! Some of the domains owned by matrixwatch are registered through private registration, doesnt mean anything!!
Privacy Policy? Yes they dont have one which is bad, but they do have a lengthy Terms & Conditions, which reveals their mailing address.
Sighup before access? If you ask me thats a good thing! There is so much scandal nowadays about peoples information being available to anyone using Google, that I think this is actually a good thing.
Spam, I did comment because I received several.
None of the mailing addresses are valid. They all bounce. This includes at least 3 separate address from the “Terms & Conditions” and from the SPAM. Don’t agree, try sending them an email requesting their Privacy Policy. Let us know if you receive one. NO information is available without agreeing to their onerous Terms.
If you feel they are OK, please sign up and let us know if they are a quality operation. They have all the hallmarks of scammers in my book!

Advertises via spam.
Private domain registration.
Inaccessible privacy policy.
Over broad terms & conditions.
Must signup before access.
Looks like a phishing site to me!
